Janet Beverly Snyder, 81, of Graceville, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
Janet was born on July 19, 1941, to the late Warren and Vernice Berg in Minneapolis, MN. She attended Roosevelt High School, St. Olaf’s College and the University of Minnesota, where she earned a degree in Healthcare Management.
She lived in the Minneapolis area for many years where she raised a family and worked for the University of Minnesota. She later traveled between Marco Island, FL and Mackinac Island, MI with her husband Bob. They settled in Graceville, FL where they actively supported local high school and college music programs and students.
Janet had a zest for living. She enjoyed music, playing cards and games (she was a Master bridge player), dancing, camping, hunting and having fun with friends.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Bob. She is survived by her daughter Annette and husband Keith; son Anthony and wife Lisa; and brother David and wife Linda. Janet is also survived by five grandchildren: Joe (Kylie), Tia (Cody), Tess, Jack, and Nicholas.
