Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Marianna Clerk’s Office located at 2895 Jefferson Street, Marianna, FL 32446, until Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 2:00 PM local time. At that time, or shortly thereafter, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Marianna City Hall Commission Chambers located at 2897 Jefferson Street, Marianna, FL 32446.
The Project includes the following Work:
Project consists of: (1) Sewer collection system rehabilitation to reduce I&I, including CCTV inspection of 75,925 LF of sewer lines (6” – 16” diameter), CIPP lining of 3,000 LF of gravity sewer, lining 32 brick manholes, replace 20 sewer laterals; final scope of repairs will be based on results of inspection report, (2) Rehabilitation of Davis Field Sewer Lift Station, (3) Construction of gravity sewer improvements including approximately 30 LF of 6”, 2,358 LF of 8”, 3,248 LF of 12”, and 15,767 LF of 24” PVC sewer pipe, 74 manholes, 3 jack & bores (16”, 24” and 36” casings), and (4) Construction of water system improvements including 40 LF of 4” PVC WM, 410 LF of 6” WM, 365 LF of 8” WM, 1,196 LF of 10” WM and 3,592 LF of 12” WM, associated valves and fittings, 11 fire hydrants, water services and fire protection lines and other appurtenances and improvements described in the construction Drawings.

The City of Marianna is seeking sealed bids from professional sports lighting firms to complete a Recreational Lighting Upgrade Project to provide adequate sports lighting for Baseball Field’s #3 and #4 at the Marianna Educational Recreational Expo (MERE) in Marianna, FL. This “turnkey” Project includes the replacement of outdated light fixtures along 12 existing light poles including associated light bulbs, electrical wiring, switches, and other required electrical/lighting components.
