Mr. Wallace Eugene Russ of Cottondale, Florida, transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Monday, September 30, 2019 in Jacksonville, Florida.
A Homegoing Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Russ will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019, at 2:00 P.M. at Vann Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rita Mettle, officiating.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
Vann Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
