Stephen P. Swanson, age 66, of Cottondale, FL, passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at his residence.
Stephen was born in Marquette, Michigan and was a graduate from Marquette High School. In 1980, Stephen and his wife, Kayleen moved to Florida where they enjoyed their time on the family farm in Cottondale. Stephen retired as an Estate Planner in 2020 and moved his attention to his hobbies including, woodworking and building.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Geraldine Swanson; brother, Tommy Swanson; and sister, Colleen Swanson.
Those left behind to cherish his memory is his wife, Kayleen Swanson; son, Travis Swanson and fiancé, Lindsay; daughter, Amber Fabrizio and husband, Evan; brothers, Edward and Brian Scott; sister, Cindy Nyquist; granddaughter, Avery Fabrizio; brother in laws, Stephen and Barry Schlumpf; and a host of nieces and nephews.
No services are planned at this time. He will be laid to rest on the family farm in Cottondale, FL with Marianna Chapel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
