Mr. James “Tootie” Brown Jr., age 41, of Marianna, Florida, transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Thursday, August 5, 2021, in Jackson Hospital, in Marianna, Florida.
He was a member of Jerusalem African Methodist Episcopal Church.
Graveside Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at 1:00 P.M. from the Orange Hill Cemetery with Minister Travis Ephriam, officiating.
Vann Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A public viewing will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.
Center for Disease Control (CDC) Guidance regarding masks and social distancing will be followed for the safety of the family and those who attend the viewing and graveside service.
James is survived by: Father: James Brown Sr. of Marianna, Florida; Mother: Annie Brown of Marianna, Florida; Sister: Rosilyn Brown of Marianna, Florida and 3 Brothers: Charles (Marlaine) Donald of Marianna, Florida; Rodney Donald Ephriam of Orlando, Florida and Jarred Brown of Tallahassee, Florida.
A host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relative and many sorrowing friends.
