Mr. Herman Norris Marks, of Marianna, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Monday, January 17, 2022, in Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee, Florida.
Homegoing services will be held graveside from the Pope Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery located at 4898 Pope Chapel Circle on Monday, January 24, 2022, with the Reverend O’Hara Johnson, the Reverend Gloria Wynn, the Reverend Freddie D. Roulhac, and Pastor Larry Brown officiating. Vann Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
A public viewing will be held on Sunday, January 23, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.
Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Guidance will be followed regarding social distancing and the wearing of masks for the viewing and graveside service.
Mr. Marks leaves to celebrate a life of love and memories a loving family:
Children: Chason Marks of Marianna, Florida and Traci Marks of Atlanta, Georgia
Sisters: Carol Marks and Helen (Marvin) Couch of Marianna, Florida
Brother: Daniel Marks of Miami, Florida
Grandchildren: Alyse Marks of Cocoa Beach, Florida, Komari Marks, Kymani Marks, and Cai Marks all of Tallahassee, Florida.
And numerous other relatives and many friends.
