Mr. Johnny B. McKinnie age 81 of Navarre, Florida passed away suddenly with family by his side Saturday May 25, 2019 at the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center, Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Funeral Service will be held 1p.m. Saturday June 1, 2019 from the St. Joseph A.M.E. Church located at 1401 Monroe Sheffield Road Chipley, Florida. Interment will follow in the church cemetery Mckinnie Funeral Home directing.
A native of Chipley, Florida. Mr. McKinnie has called Santa Rosa County home for many years. He is survived by his wife: Catherine Chestnut McKinnie; children: Cynthia Rowe and Sharonia Gilliam both of Conyers, Georgia; Garry McKinnie, Ida Cooper, Gregg McKinnie and Tony McKinnie all of Fort Walton Beach, Florida; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and a host of other close relatives and friends.
