Mrs. Forward was a member of Ebeneezer Missionary Baptist Church of Cottondale, Florida.
Homegoing Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, June 08, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Second West Missionary Baptist Church located at 4110 Herring Avenue Marianna, FL 32448 with Reverend Henry Forward officiating.
Interment in Ebeneezer Cemetery in Cottondale, Florida.
Vann Funeral Home in charge of service.
Mrs. Forward will lie in repose at the church from 1:00 P.M. until time for the service.
A viewing will be held on Friday, June 07, 2019 from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Vann Funeral Home.
