Debra Denise Reed

On December 22, 2021, Debra Denise Reed of Marianna entered into the arms of her Lord and Savior at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. She was 51 years of age.

Debra accepted Christ into her life and joined St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Riley J. Henderson.

She was educated in the public schools of Jackson County and was a 1989 graduate of Marianna High School. She further her education at Chipola Junior College pursuing a business degree.

Treasured memories will forever remain with three children, Nicholas Brown, Devonta Gibson (Rodneshia) all of Marianna, Florida and Shakayla Reed of Tampa, Florida; grandchildren, Marquan Brown and Carlos McClain; mother, Annie Lois Graham of Marianna, Florida; one sister, Felicia Graham of Marianna, Florida; five aunts, Betty Tensley of Winter Haven, Florida, Vickie Graham, Marilyn Thomas both of Marianna, Florida, Muriel McFadden of Atlantic City, New Jersey and Nena Rhynes Brown of San Antonio, Texas; four uncles, Andrew Graham Jr., Eddie Lee Rhynes, Clarence Rhynes all of Marianna, Florida and Ernest Rhynes of Enterprise, Alabama; a special and devoted cousin, Jackie Graham of Marianna, Florida; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A public viewing will be held Wednesday, December 29th from 2-5p.m. at Peoples Funeral Home Chapel.

A homegoing celebration will be held 12 noon, Thursday, December 30th at RCC with Rev. Riley J. Henderson, Rev. Charlie Martin and Rev. Bernard Felton officiating. Interment will follow in the Orange Hill Cemetery with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna.
