Annie M. Williams, 100, of Marianna died Thursday, October 6, 2022 at her residence in Marianna.
Annie was a native and lifelong resident of Jackson County, Florida. She loved to garden, put up fruits and vegetables.
Annie retired from Jackson Hospital in the Finance department. She was the oldest living member of Eastside Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Tracy Wierman; parents, Peyton Abbott Finch Jr. and Donie Maria Maness Finch; brothers, Henry & James Finch; sisters, Lucille McDonald, Emily Logan, Mamie Williams & Dorothy Brown.
Survivors include her son, James H. “Jim” Williams, Jr., and wife, Pat of Marianna; granddaughter, Becky W. Crook and husband, Jeff of Buford, GA; brother, Robert Finch of Dothan, Al; two special daughters, Cathi Wilcox of Whigham, GA and Sandra Hersey of Jacksonville, FL; grandson in law, Mike Wierman of Marianna; six great-grandchildren, Macie Crook, Josiah Crook, Brooke Wierman, Ashlyn Wierman, Coleman Wilcox and Carley Wilcox; several nieces and nephews.
The Williams family would like to express a special heartfelt thanks to Covenant Hospice and Panhandle Angels for the loving care given to our our mother in the last few weeks.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 11 AM at Eastside Baptist Marianna with Rev. Jeff Crook and Dr. Robin Jumper officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
