Ms. Geneva Debose, of Sneads, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Thursday, September 14, 2023, in Jackson Hospital.
Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 11:00 AM from the sanctuary of Sinai AME Church located at 1344 Sinai Road in Sneads, Florida 32460 with Reverend Alonzo Scott, officiating.
Vann Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Debose will lie in repose at the church from 10:00 AM until time for the service.
A public viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.
She leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:
Two Sons: Wayne (Sandra) Jefferson of Jacksonville, Florida and Sammy Jefferson of Newark, New Jersey
Five Sister: Josephine (Hayward) Baker, Julia (John) Smith and Inez Williams (Thomas) Harvey all of Sneads, Florida; Elouise (Andrew) Dudley of Grand Ridge, Florida and Mildred Douglas of Chattahoochee, Florida
One Brother: Johnnie (Deborah) Douglas of Chattahoochee, Florida
Three Grandchildren to include: Wayne Jefferson Jr. of Texas, Alicia Jefferson Bell of Jacksonville, Florida
Three Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
