Mrs. Mary C. Yon, of Marianna, Florida, transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, in Jackson Hospital.
Homegoing Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Second West Baptist Association Church located at 4110 Herring Avenue in Marianna, Florida 32448 with Supt. Delano Reed, officiating.
Interment will be in the St. Peter Baptist Church Cemetery, in Sneads, Florida.
Vann Funeral Home in charge of service.
Mrs. Yon will lie in repose at the church from 10:00 A.M. until time for the service.
A viewing will be held on Friday, February 28, 2020 from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Vann Funeral Home.
She leaves to celebrate a lifetime of lasting memories and love, a devoted family:
Husband: Charles E. Yon of Marianna, Florida
9 Children: Carolyn (James) Chaney and Jeffrey Wooden both of Bascom, Florida; Abigail (Gregory) Shingles of Cypress, Florida; Tina Grant of Tallahassee, Florida; Katrina Jackson, Matthew Wooden and Michael Wooden all of Marianna, Florida; Ossie Wooden of South Bay, Florida and Ron C. Wooden of Panama City, Florida
And numerous grandchildren, in-laws, cousins, other relatives and sorrowing friends.
