Judy Revell, 83, of Marianna, Florida died Monday, July 31, 2023 at Flowers Hospital, Dothan, Alabama.
She was born September 30, 1939 in Quincy, Florida, to Herschel and Bernice Dean. She married the love of her life, Ed Revell and they made their life together in Marianna. They were lifelong members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Judy is survived by her two children, Bunnee Mathis (Danny) and Stephen Revell (Kelly); six grandchildren, Jake Mathis (Brooke), Jeff Mathis (Jenna), Matt Revell (Kristin), Andy Revell (Sarah), Jill Rasmus (Cory), Dean Revell (Madison); 11 great-grandchildren, Rylie Rogers, Sarah Grace Mathis, Clara Kate Mathis, Kinley Rasmus, Kylar Rasmus, Sage Mathis, Kreed Rasmus, Sloane Mathis, Roslyn Revell, Ethan Revell, and Hollis Revell; and a host of extended family.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with Bishop Jon Sims officiating. Interment will follow at Lake Mystic Baptist Cemetery, Bristol, Florida with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the Relief Society Room at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
