Doyle Carlton Deal, 93 years old, of Graceville, Florida, passed on from this life Wednesday, July 27th, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family.
Doyle was a native of Jackson County born June 10th, 1929 to Johnny and Leola Deal. Doyle served in the U.S. Army for 23 years and retired at the rank of Sergeant First Class. He also was a Korean War Veteran.
After retiring from the military, Doyle served as a driver for The Counseling Alternative of Chipola, Inc. for 15 years before retiring for a second time.
Doyle C. Deal was a very good man, and a faithful husband and father. He was a man of faith and was kind and caring to everyone with whom he had contact.
Doyle was preceded in death by his parents and by his siblings Jack, Charles, Edna, and Martha (Sis).
Doyle is survived by Joyce Deal, his loving wife of 67 years, sons Ricky Deal of Niceville, Anthony Deal of Why, Arizona, daughters Teresa Willis and Kathy Waddell both of Graceville, and son Stephen Deal of Panama City. He also is survived by 13 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
Services for Doyle will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, August 1, 2022 at Graceville Community Church with Pastor Dale Worley officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Assembly of God Church Cemetery with full military honors. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
