How does one start to sum up the life of Chris Rabon? Chris was truly one of a kind,
never to be replaced. He was kind, hardworking, generous, and a strong man. If
Chris loved you it was an evident unending kind of love.
Chris loved his children with all his heart. Being a father was the greatest joy in his
life. Chris was the best father, the best husband and genuinely a good person. Given
the chance to choose again, even knowing the trials we all would face, as a father and
a husband, Chris would be chosen every time. Chris worked diligently to provide for
his family. Not only working to provide but doing what he loved.
Chris was such a friendly man. He always lit up the room when he walked in with
that big smile and infectious laugh. He had so many friends and people that loved
him. Chris was a great person and will be greatly missed.
Thank you all for loving Chris and our family. Please keep us all in your prayers for
the days to come. Chris’ children will continue on and make their daddy proud just as
they always have. He will never be forgotten and will be spoken of often. Until we
are all together again.
Chris is survived by his wife, Melinda Rabon; two daughters, Samantha Rabon
Hewett (Cade) and Willow Rabon; two sons, Edwin Rabon (Autumn) and Colt Rabon;
one grandchild, Sadie Raye Hewett and one on the way; his parents, Eddie and Brenda
