Victoria Aikens: Driving under the influence with property damage: $1,000 cash only bond, cannot possess or consume alcohol, jail to give notice to appear for July 5 at 9 a.m.

Temeka Brunson: Failure to appear- petit theft: 60 days in the county jail with two days’ time served, a $370 fine, $175 restitution, do not use plea against defendant in violation of probation hearings.

George Konicoff: Violation of state probation- no bond, arraigned today, request public defender.

Larry Sconiers: Violation of state probation: No bond, arraigned today, request public defender

Jenny Rowan: Hold for Bay County- no bond.

Jeremiah Brunson: Fugitive from justice- Escambia County, Alabama: Waived extradition.

Broward Peoples: Charged with aggravated stalking in Jackson and Washington Counties: $50,000 bond, no contact with victim, do not go within 1,000 feet of Graceville Dollar General, hold for 10 days for Washington County to revoke bond.

Jared McQueen: Criminal mischief- $5,000 bond, exposure of sexual organs- $5,000 bond, Marchman Act signed: Total bond $10,000, no contact with victim or their property, Life Management evaluation.

Mark Wilson: Resisting arrest with violence, Baker Act signed: $5,000 bond, Life Management Evaluation.

Joshua Crawford: Uttering forged bills- $10,000 bond, on probation in Jackson County- hold for 10 days for violation of probation to be filed.

Randy Tracy: Driving while license suspended or revoked- 30 days in the county jail with two days’ time served and a $400 fine, reduced to a civil judgment, on probation in Bay County- hold for 10 days for Bay County to file violation of probation.

Morris Henderson: On bond- revoked bond, battery domestic violence- $5,000 bond, no contact with victim, jail arraignment set for July 13 at 8:45 a.m.

Daniel Gilley: Plead to reckless driving with alcohol, knowingly operating a vehicle while driver’s license suspended and resisting officer without violence: Nine months in the county jail with 58 days’ time served concurrent with nine months in the county jail with 58 days’ time served concurrent with nine months in the county jail with 58 days’ time served and a $1,078 fine and a $400 fine, recommended to public works.
