William Eugene Lowe Sr (Gene), 93 of Altha Fl.  went home to be with the Lord on September 27, 2023 at his residence.
Gene was  born on July 25, 1930 in Panama City Florida to William Washington and Eunice Lowe. He was of Pentecostal faith and loved the Lord and his church family. He loved anything that went fast especially his motorcycles. He enjoyed sitting in his recliner watching westerns and his wrestlings programs, especially if they had women wrestling. He loved being outdoors as long as he could get on a piece a machinery, like a backhoe or a tractor and really enjoyed getting on his 360 degree lawnmower. He sat in his office many hours and just read his Bible. His idea of a vacation was to stay home and work. He was a construction Engineer for many construction companies. He built many things including Bridges, roads, houses, businesses, and churches. He was a very giving man, if you needed it and he had it, he would find a way to get it to you. He will be missed by everyone.
