Mrs. Dorothy Williams, of Greenwood, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at her residence.
Mrs. Williams was a member of the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Greenwood, Florida. To know her was to love her.
Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at 2:00 PM from the sanctuary of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church located at 3996 Wintergreen Road in Greenwood, Florida 32443 where the Reverend Kelvin Williams, officiating. Vann Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Williams will lie in repose at the church from 1:00 PM until time for the service.
A public viewing will be held on Friday, September 2, 2022, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.
In accordance with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Guidance, we ask that everyone wear a mask for the viewing and funeral service to protect the health and safety of all who will attend.
She leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:
Husband: Davis Williams of Greenwood, Florida
Two Daughters: Jacquelyn Williams and Daoris (Myron) Cuttino both of Greenwood, Florida
Two Sons: David A. Williams and Lionel Williams both of Greenwood, Florida
And a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
