Mr. Horace Holmes, Jr. of Grand Ridge, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on June 5, 2021 at his residence.
Mr. Holmes was a member of the Saint Rose African Methodist Episcopal Church. He retired from Florida State Hospital.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 10:00 AM in Sunset Garden Cemetery in Grand Ridge, Florida with Reverend Joe Tripp (pastor), Elder Lee Irving Holloman, Elder Chris Baker, Minister Quentin Holloman, and Dr. Rufus Woods, Jr. officiating. Vann Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
A viewing will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.
Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Guidance regarding masks and social distancing will be followed for the safety of the family and those who attend the graveside service.
