The Jackson County Board of County Commissioners is seeking professional consultant services for Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services on the CR 167 (Fairview Road) Signage and Pavement Marking. The scope of this project will include signing and pavement marking improvements on CR 167 (Fairview Road) from Calhoun County Line to CR 276 (Kynesville Road). The work is identified in the plans and specifications prepared by Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. Consideration will be given to only those firms that are qualified pursuant to law and that have been prequalified by FDOT to perform the indicated types of work.

This project is federally funded with assistance from the FDOT and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). By submitting a letter of response, the Consultant certifies that they are in compliance with FDOT Procedure No. 375-030-006 (Restriction on Consultants Eligibility to Compete for Department Contracts) and that no principle is presently suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participation on this transaction by any Federal Department or Agency.
Information regarding the proposal can be obtained at the Jackson County Purchasing Office, 2864 Madison St, Marianna, FL, Florida or by email to [email protected] and on the County’s Web Site at www.jacksoncountyfl.gov. Sealed Bids for the construction of the City of Marianna Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements will be received by The City of Marianna at the office of the City Clerk Office, located at 2898 Green Street, Marianna, FL. until 2:00 PM local time on January 18, 2021 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing new tankage, septage receiving facilities, sludge dewatering facilities, and associated miscellaneous work including the following:
• Leachate Receiving Pump Station
• Prestressed Leachate Holding Tank, pile supported
• Sludge Transfer Pump Station
• Pre-Engineered Metal Dewatering Building
• Septage Receiving Station
• Sludge Dewatering Screw Presses
• Addition of Anoxic Basin
• Site Improvements including concrete, piping, pavement, and stormwater
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Mott MacDonald, 1022 West 23rd Street, Suite 680, Panama City, FL. 32405. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:30am & 4:30pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Bidding Documents are available on flash drive (as portable document format (PDF) files) for a non-refundable charge of $125, (including shipping via overnight express service) made payable to “Mott MacDonald”.
