Endeavor Forward, Inc. a Florida not-for-profit, is seeking qualifications for the selection of a design-build firm for the design and construction for the renovation of a 6,600 square foot former dormitory located on Gov. Rick Scott Drive, Marianna, FL 32448. The building shall require a major construction renovation to provide approximately ten apartments, common spaces, counseling and activity rooms.
The design-build firm must include at a minimum a Florida licensed certified general contractor and a Florida licensed professional engineer or architect on the proposed team. The design-build firm shall submit five copies of the firm’s experience and qualifications. The submittal shall be limited to a maximum of twenty pages total including resumes. Submittals must be received by 2:00pmCT, December 28, 2023, at NextStep at Endeavor Academy, 2660 Endeavor Blvd., Marianna, FL 32448.
