David Bruce Bevan, 85 of Cottondale, Florida, entered his Heavenly home on Thursday, September 28, 2023.
David was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on September 30, 1937. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Mr. David was a truck driver for several years. He was a member of Damascus Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife Merlene, eight children Zelda, Robin, Bonnie, Billie Jo, Kathryn, John Allen, Carolyn, Judy, a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren, two brothers Lennie, Joel, two sisters Judy, Linda, several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, September 30, 2023, at Damascus Baptist Church cemetery with Bro. Brian Taylor officiating, James & Lipford Funeral Home in Graceville directing.
