Bonnie P. Hall, 88, passed away Monday June 10, 2024. Bonnie was born June 13, 1935, to Cary and Donie May Pelt in Jackson County. She had moved into the area in 1950 and was a member of the Blountstown United Methodist Church, where she was also part of the United Methodist Women. Bonnie enjoyed reading, playing the piano, and traveling. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl Hall; brothers, Julian Pelt, Daniel Pelt, Chester Pelt, Jim Pelt; sisters Lourene Crawford, Bea Stanko. Bonnie is survived by son, Steven Carl Hall and Melissa of Marianna; daughters, Peggy Diane Hall of Marianna, Jane Elizabeth Mills and Britt of Lynchburg, VA; brother, Michael Pelt and Betty of Mt Olive, NC; sister, Jeannette Townsend of Savannah, GA; grandchildren, Benjamin Hall and Jessica, David Mills, Hannah Mills; great grandchild, Lara Bonnie Hall. Funeral services will be held Thursday June 13, 2024, at the Peavy Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM (CT) until service time at 11:00 AM (CT) with Pastors Steve Warren and John King officiating. Interment will follow at Nettle Ridge Cemetery. The family has requested no flowers and asks that donations be made instead to Vitas Healthcare Hospice or Gideon Bibles. All arrangements are under the direction of Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown, FL.
