Stephen Carl Mountz, of Jackson County Florida, died, Saturday, December 23, 2023, at his residence. He was born to Carl and Beulah Mountz in 1950, and lived his early life in Pennsylvania, but was a Floridian for many years. He was proud of his Vietnam-era military service. Stephen was a mechanic and owner of Fountain Auto Parts before moving to Kynesville, Florida in his later years.
He is preceded in death by his parents Beulah and Carl Mountz. He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Ann Mountz of California; son, Jason Stephen Mountz of Dothan; and sister, Martha Ann Chewning of Jacksonville.
No public services are scheduled. James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
