Robert William Henry Sr, “Bob” passed away peacefully on September 23, 2023, at the age of 62, at his home in Altha, Florida. He was born on September 26, 1960, in Camden, New Jersey to his beautiful mother, Joyce Shirley Henry and his late father, Thomas William Henry Sr from Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Bob is survived by his loving devoted wife Ann Henry from Altha, Florida; his siblings, Thomas Jr (Marie) Henry from Maple Shade, New Jersey, Danny (Vickie) Henry from Mount Holly, New Jersey, Dennis Henry from Maple Shade, New Jersey, Shawn (Karen) from Maple Shade, New Jersey, and Joyce (Tim) McHale from Maple Shade, New Jersey; children, Renee (Steven) Heath from Clarksville, Tennessee, Zack Pitts from Kinard, Florida, Crystal Brangan from Panama City, Florida, Paula (Tony a.k.a. Tone) Stone from Kinard, Florida, Angel Henry from Maple Shade, New Jersey, Mary Henry from Wilmington, Delaware; several grandkids, great grandkids, nieces, and nephews. Bob served in the Navy from 1980-1983 securing a spot on the recovering boat courageously saving the life of others out at sea, as well as being a chef. After his time in the Navy, Bob pursued a jack-of-all trades career in many handy man projects, with one being a ‘precious metal collector’, as well as generously donating his time at the local food back, and always being eager to help other.  Bob was referred to as 35. In his free time, Bob enjoyed cat fishing, a hobby that brought him great joy. Giving him the nick name “Daddy Catty”. He was a big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. Bob also cherished family gatherings, where he would cook out and watch his grandchildren run around with a smile on his face. Bob was a true family man, known for his devotion to his wife, children, and grandchildren. Bob is preceded in death by his father, Thomas William Henry Sr and son, Robert William Henry Jr. A memorial service will be held October 15, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Blountstown River Landing. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the donation account set up at Ameris Bank in Blountstown, under Aurelia Henry and Paula Sims. All arrangements are under the direction of Marlon Peavy at Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown, FL.
