Mrs. Sharon Ann Meeks, age 68, of Altha, FL, passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023, in Blountstown, FL. Sharon was born on November 4, 1955 to Willard Story and Edna Weathers. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the healthcare industry. Sharon had lived in Calhoun County, FL most of her life. She was a member of Blountstown Church of God in Blountstown, FL. Sharon enjoyed cooking, growing and tending to her plants, nature and the outdoors, and reading. Most of all, she loved her family and was an avid Florida State Seminole Fan. She was preceded in death by her parents Willard Story and Edna Weathers, her husband Robert Meeks, brothers Bobby Story, Kenneth Story, and Jeffery Weathers. She is survived by:

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023, at 1:00 PM (CT) at Peavy Funeral Home Chapel in Blountstown, FL with Sister Lisa Folks officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 17, 2023, from 12:00 PM (CT) until service time at 1:00 PM (CT) at Peavy Funeral Home Chapel in Blountstown, FL. Interment will follow at Red Oak Cemetery in Altha, FL. All arrangements are under the direction of Marlon Peavy at Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown, FL.
