Mr. William “Billy” Wesley Cutler age 58 of Panama City, FL passed away on Wednesday December 27, 2023 at Bay Medical in Panama City, FL surrounded by his loving family.
Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. January 6th 2024 at Holy Hill Baptist Church located at 1000 Ethlyn Rd Parker, FL with Pastor James Barker, Eulogist and officiating. Interment will follow in the Redwood Cemetery located at 703 Redwood Ave Panama City, FL 32401 with McKinnie Funeral Home of Campbellton, FL directing.
A Public viewing for family and friends will be held two hours before serviceat Holy Hill Baptist Church in Parker, FL.
Mr. Cutler was born on January 20, 1965, to the late Bishop Arthur E. Cutler Sr. and Geneva Peterson in Tampa, Florida. He accepted Christ into his life at an early age. He was United IN HOLY Matrimony to his “Queen Rochelle”.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bishop Arthur E. Cutler Sr. and Geneva Cutler.
He leaves to cherish his memories, a devoted and loving wife: Rochelle Cutler;
Three sons: Wesley, Timothy and Jamal Cutler;
One daughter: Keyawna Cutler;
One sister: Frances Cutler Robinson (Johnny);
One brother: Aruthur E. Cutler Jr (Corine);
Dedicated nephew: Arthur E. “Skeeter” Cutler III (Summer); and a host of nieces and nephews. Dedicated friends: Lois and Pastor James Barker, Paul Hunt, and other family and friends.
