Mr. Frank Lamar Nix, Sr., age 62, better known as “Frankie D”, of Campbellton, FL went home to be with the Lord on June 14, 2023 in Huntsville, Alabama.
Frankie D, was born in Jackson County, FL to Reland Nix on October 11, 1961.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Reland Nix and a brother, Odell Lane.
Frankie D. is survived by Sheila Nix; his children: Greg King, Sr. and Frank Nix, Jr.; a daughter, Felicia Nix; siblings: Johnny Lane and wife Debra, Joan Davis and husband Eddie, Reta Davis, and Tangilia Nix; grandson: Greg King, Jr.; a aunt: R. Bell Curry; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 22, 2023, from 2-6 PM at the M. Sue & Rodney D. Pittman Memorial Chapel, 5441 Cooper Street, Graceville, Florida.
Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM, Friday, June 23, 2023 from the M. Sue & Rodney D. Pittman Memorial Chapel, 5441 Cooper Street, Graceville, Florida. He will be laid to rest in the Holy Neck Cemetery in Marianna, Florida under the directions of Christian Memorial Chapel of Graceville.
