Mother Ola Lee Garrett age 91 of Malone, FL passed away Wednesday July 12th at the Graceville Health Center in Graceville, FL surrounded by her loving family.


Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 22th at the St. Phillip Missionary Baptist Church located 5002 Holyneck Road Campbellton, FL with Rev. Jessie Rogers officiating. Interment will follow in the Holyneck Cemetery located at 3395 Cemetery Lane Campbellton, FL with McKinnie Funeral Home of Campbellton, FL directing.


Public viewing for family and friends will be held from 4- 6 p.m. Friday, July 21st at the Shira, Sr. and Chelcie McKinnie Memorial Chapel.


Mother Ola Lee Garrett was born in Marianna, FL on November 8, 1931, to the late Frank Snelling and Sarah Dudley. She accepted Christ at an early age and joined St. Phillip Missionary Baptist Church in Campbellton, FL. She truly loved the Lord and was an active member of the Usher board, choir and kitchen committee until her health began to fail.


She was a seamstress by trade. She loved caring for her flowers and fishing.


She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and all of her siblings.
She leaves a lifetime of cherished memories with his children: Neta Snelling of Malone, FL, Hubert Snelling of Dade City, FL, Annie Snelling of St. Petersburg, FL and Gladys Williams (Preston) of Dade City, FL; seven grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
