David Lawrence Tindall, age 81, of Marianna, FL, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024 at his residence with his loving wife, Marie, by his side.
David was born on October 27, 1942 in Utica, NY. David attended high school in New York and graduated in 1961. Soon after, David enlisted in the United States Army and served his country for over 20 years. During that time, David was stationed in France, Washington State, Germany and served in the Vietnam War. After retiring, David worked for the Department of Defense. David and wife, Marie, moved to Jackson County in 1992. In his free time, David enjoyed golfing, bowling, hunting, fishing and was also a talented carpenter.
David is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Marie-Noelle Tindall of Marianna, FL; sons, Lawrence David Tindall of Germany and Christophe Felix Tindall of Marianna, FL; daughter, Isabelle Valerie Tindall of Georgia; brother, Roger Waterman of South Carolina as well as seven grandchildren.
No services are planned at this time. Memorialization will be by cremation with Marianna Chapel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
