Ms. Hattie Mae McCollough of Marianna, Florida entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 28th at Jackson Hospital. She was 90 years old.
A lifelong resident of Jackson County, she attended the public schools of Jackson County and graduated from Jackson County Training School. She was of the Methodist faith and a member of St. James African Methodist Episcopal Church.
A homegoing celebration will be held Saturday, December 7th at 11a.m. at Bethel Star Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor George Williams, Rev. Ronald D. Mizer, Rev. Linda Ellis, Rev. Dovie Lewis, Rev. Francis Menchion and Rev. Jerome Tanner officiating. Interment will follow in the Orange Hill Cemetery with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna.
Precious memories will forever remain with one daughter, Janice Tanner and husband Charlie of Marianna, Florida; two sons, Rodger Clemmons of Sumter, South Carolina and Calvin Clemmons and wife Teresa of Marianna, Florida; nine grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; special niece and nephew, Wanda Thomas and LaDon Clemmons and wife Alicia; two special caregivers, Melody Clemmons and Annie Mae Clemmons; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
The Caring Staff at Peoples Funeal Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
