Fiona Bess: Trespassing, violation of probation, hold for Bay County: Sentenced to 60 days in jail and a $370 fine.

James Harrison: Petit theft- sentenced to six months’ probation and a $370 fine, must take a retail class.

Tevin Bellamy: Violation of state probation: sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail and a $370 fine.

Trevor Phillmon: Criminal use of personal identification information- $2,000 bond, unauthorized possession of a driver’s license- $2,000 bond.

Destiny Bryan: Tampering with physical evidence- $3,000 bond, possession of drug paraphernalia- $1,000 bond.

Darryl Walker: Hold for Escambia County- no bond.

Vailen Smith: Hold for Calhoun County- no bond, return in 14 days if not picked up.

April Leach: Domestic assault- conditional release.

Jesse Cook: Knowingly driving while license is suspended or revoked- sentenced to six months’ probation and a $408 fine.

Marcos Felipe: Operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license- failure to appear, warrant issued.

Ethel McPeters: Destroying evidence, driving under the influence: Conditional release,

Nina Miranda: Public assistance fraud- $4,000 bond bonded out.

November 28, 2023

David Curry: Failure to appear- no bond.

Mellisa Pettrey: Violation of conditional release- sentenced to 10-days in jail and a $270 fine.

Nicole Clairborne: Larceny- resisting arrest comm theft resisting recovery of property, two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, two counts of possession of drug equipment, five counts of smuggling contraband- controlled substance into a county detention facility, larceny- other theft: $12,500 bond, no contact orders.

Kuulei Bailey: Hold for Broward County- no bond.

Brandy Dunagan: Battery on law enforcement officer, firefighter, emergency medical technician, etc. and possession of drug paraphernalia: $11,000 bond.

Zeffery Moss: Obstruction without violence- $2,500 bond, possession of paraphernalia- $2,500, Possession of CDS- $5,000 bond, aggravated assault- $5,000 bond.

Destiny Bryan-Phillmon: Tampering with evidence- $3,000 bond, possession of paraphernalia- $1,000 bond, previous bond revoked.
