William Dicks: Failure to appear- sentenced to 60 days in jail with eight days’ time served and a $100 fine.
Hank Hussey: Possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia: $500 cash bond, no drugs without a prescription.
Christian Watford: Violation of state probation- no bond, arraigned.
Nathan Nadery: Possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine: $5,000 cash bond, no drugs without a prescription.
Chakesha Dixon: Failure to appear for false report of a crime- sentenced to six months in jail with 82 days’ time served.
Cole Tipton: Aggravated battery- prosecution dropped, battery by strangulation domestic violence- prosecution dropped, fugitive from justice Brooks County Georgia- waiver signed.
