Clarence Holden: Violation of county probation- $400 bond, driving under the influence- $1,078 bond, driving while license suspended or revoked- sentence to six months in jail with five days’ time served.

Billy Harrison: Violation of state probation- no bond, arraigned.
Mary Simmons: Battery touch or strike- $2,500 bond, bring back December 27, 2023.
Tracey Yates: Failure to appear- no bond, grand theft- bond revoked.
Angel Thompson: Petit theft- $750 bond.
Lisa Vickery: Grand theft and twelve counts of larceny- other theft: Total bond $14,000 bond.
Joslyn McGuirk: Petit theft- $750 bond.
James Nix: Intentional touch or strike domestic violence- $2,500 bond, hold for Bay County for violation of probation- no bond, no contact with victim.
Robert Scott: Grand theft- $5,000 bond, escape- $5,000 bond: Total bond $10,000.
