1-3pm August 27 & 29th -Confused about what to eat or how Diabetes affects the body? The first class is taught by a Registered Nurse and this class is all about the body and how Diabetes affects you physically and ways to improve your health. The second class is taught by our Registered Dietician who will focus on nutrition. Come be encouraged and motivated to take control of your health!
