Deacon Willie James Gatlin, age 102, of Blountstown, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Calhoun Liberty Hospital in Blountstown, Florida.
Deacon Gatlin was a member of Saint Mary Missionary Baptist Church located in Blountstown, Florida. To know him was to love him.
The Celebration of life service for Deacon Willie James Gatlin will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 12 O’clock Noon from the sanctuary of Rivertown Community Church located at 19359 SR 71 North in Blountstown, Florida where Reverend Paul Smith is the Senior Pastor. Interment will follow in Magnolia Cemetery in Blountstown, Florida.
Deacon Gatlin will lie in repose at the church from 10 AM until time for the service on Saturday, December 3, 2022.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 2, 2022, from 3 PM to 5 PM from the sanctuary of the Saint Mary Missionary Baptist Church located at 16345 SE River Street in Blountstown, Florida 32424 where the Reverend Doctor C.L. Wilson is the pastor.

And numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends.
