Rodell Pete Jr.: Trespass property other than structure or conveyance, resisting officer without violence: Nine months in the county jail concurrent with nine months in the county jail with two days’ time served and a $370 fine, recommended to public works, court will consider inpatient drug treatment.

Kristopher Sadler: Violation of conditional release for battery domestic violence- no bond, public defender appointed, pretrial set for June 15 at 9 a.m.

Jeremy Bundy: Violation of state probation- no bond, arraigned today, request public defender.

Shawn Williams: Hold for Washington County- no bond.

Deandre Bryant: Violation of county probation for disorderly conduct- admit violation of probation, revoke probation, 60 days in the county jail with four days’ time served and a $365 fine.

Justin Butler: Two counts of exposure of sexual organs- $5,000 bond, no contact with Marianna Walmart, no contact with victims, jail to give notice to appear for arraignment July 5 at 9 a.m.

Thomas Bell: Violation of state probation- hold for 10 days for violation of probation to be filed.

Jeremy Thompson: Failure to appear for petit theft and criminal mischief over $200- no probable cause found, released from jail.

Kevin Karanza: Hold for Bay County- $2,000 purge, finished sentence in Jackson County on May 24.

Roshawn Pringley: Possession of a firearm by felon- $25,000 bond, violation of state probation- no bond, arraigned today, request public defender.

Elvin Pineda- Cabrera: Driving under the influence- $3,500 bond, hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement- to be notified when bond is posted.

Gregory Creamer: Hold for Washington County- no bond, burglary of conveyance- $5,000 bond, petit theft- $2,500 bond.
