Mr. Lyle Hughes age 69 of Fountain, Florida went home to be with the Lord on Sunday June 19th at the Signature Health Care Center of North Florida in Graceville, Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time but will be announced later by Christian Memorial Chapel of Graceville, Florida.
