Willie Estelle “Kitty” Roberts, 81, passed into her eternal home on May 30, 2023 in Marianna, FL. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends. She has been a member at Eastside Baptist Church for over 40 years. She loved her church, her church family, and her Sunday school class that she had become so close to. She loved visits from anyone who wanted to come to her house on the millpond where she would be waiting with her famous peanut brittle and coconut cake. She loved cooking for her family and seeing just how many people she could fit into her home to feed them all. Ms. Kitty is preceded in death by her husband, Carlton Roberts; parents, Bill and Estelle Griffin; brother, Mavern Griffin; and her special aunt, Mary Bright. She is survived by her children, Jan Quigley (Scott), Todd Stephens (Angie), Connie Tyus (Steve), Lynn Price, Greg Roberts (Traci); grandchildren, Steven Quigley, Lindsey Harper (JT), Jessica Lawrence, Jarrett Tyus, Jennifer Ham (Tim), Jami Dunsford (Christopher), Luke Price, Jerri Lynn Roberts (Horace), Jesse Roberts (Kassie), Noah Roberts, Lannah Roberts, Laura Grace Roberts; 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, and a brother in law. Funeral services will be 10 AM Friday, June 2, 2023 at Eastside Baptist Church with Greg Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
