Thomas “Tommy” Ray Fowler, Jr., 58, passed away with his loving wife by his side on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at his home in Hosford, Florida. Born March 3, 1965 in Blountstown, Florida, Tommy is preceded in death by his mother, Georgia Evelyn Neel Spires. He was a hardworking, honest, and loving family man who wasn’t afraid to speak his mind. If Tommy liked you, you knew it, and if he didn’t like you, you knew that too. When he wasn’t spending time with his family, Tommy enjoyed being outdoors and hunting. Tommy is survived by his beloved wife, Amanda Fowler; two amazing daughters, Savannah and Rayleigh Fowler; his sister, Sonya Fowler Revell, and her husband, Dennis Revell; as well as his father, Thomas Ray Fowler, and his wife Linda Fowler.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, August 27, 2023 at Corinth Baptist Church in Hosford, Florida with Reverend Kyle Peddie officiating. Interment will follow at Sanders Cemetery in Hosford, Florida. Visiting with the family begins at 2:00 pm (EDT) at Corinth Baptist Church with the ceremony beginning at 3:00 pm (EDT). Flowers, cards, etc., may be sent to Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown, Florida. All arrangements are under the direction of Marlon Peavy at Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown, Florida.
