Thomas Charles Bell, Sr., 65, passed away peacefully at his home Sunday, November 22, 2020.
He was born April 22, 1955 in Newton, New Jersey to Frances and Mary Bell. After graduation, Thomas joined the Navy. He was honorably discharged from the Navy after four years of service and became a long haul truck driver for 34 years.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Kate “Susie” Bell; two daughters, Stacy Collins (Wesley) of Summerfield, Florida, Tina Bell (George) of Rockford, Illinois; two sons; and one granddaughter who he cherished more than life, Rebecca Gilliam of Summerfield, Florida; two brothers, Allen Bell of Franklin, New Jersey, and Gene Bell (Mary) of Ogdensburg, New Jersey; sister, Louise McKinnell (Bill) of Hawley, Pennsylvania; several nieces and nephews and his two, four legged companions Roxie and Autumn.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 25, 2020, at James and Sikes Maddox Chapel. Burial will be in Bushnell National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida with James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
Family will receive friends at 1:00 PM one hour prior to the service at James and Sikes Maddox Chapel.
