Steven “Steve” Turberville, 62 of Graceville, passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022 at VITAS Healthcare in Panama City, FL following a brief illness.
Steve was born in Cocoa Beach, Florida to the late Robert “Bob” Turberville and Rose Weldon Turberville. A graduate of Poplar Springs High School Class of 1977, Steve drove for Collins Logging for a number of years. He loved helping others and would give you the shirt off his back if he knew it would help you. He enjoyed working on things and he was affectionally known as “MacGyver”. In the last several years his daughter got him travel and garden. He attended Bethel Baptist Church.
A graveside celebration of his life will be 10 a.m., Saturday, January 15, 2022, at Noma Cemetery with Bro. John Ernst and Bro. Jerry Newman officiating, James & Lipford Funeral Home in Graceville directing.
He is survived by one daughter Krystal Dady, sister Denise Ward, brother Mark Turberville (Beverly), nephew Robert Turberville, aunts, uncles, cousins and many honorary family members.
