Sara Ann Latham, 66, of Geneva County, AL passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Flowers Hospital. She was a native of Graceville born on October 28, 1954 to James Earnest and Frances Ray. Sara was a lifetime resident of Geneva County, AL. She became a CNA and worked for Britt Haven Nursing Home many years. She also worked with children as a teacher for Along Way Daycare, and First Assembly of God Daycare.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother Earnest David Ray.
Sara is survived by her son, Justin Latham of Greenwood, FL; her daughter, Summer Hires of Columbia, AL; one brother, James Ronald Ray of Graceville, FL; two sisters, Frances Ernestine Manning of Ashford, AL; and Patricia McDonough of Greenwood, FL. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
Services for Sara will be 3:00 PM, Monday, August 9, 2021 at Williams Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Springhill Methodist Church Cemetery in Graceville. Family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until time of service.

Summer, I am so sorry that we have lost Ms. Sara! She was such a delightful and sweet lady and I am blessed to have known and worked alongside her. God bless you and your family during your time of bereavement!
