Sadie Mae Weeks, 58 of Cottondale, Florida died Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
She was born May 15, 1963 in Donalsonville, Georgia to Coy and Kate Weeks. Sadie was a lifetime resident of Jackson County and participated in JCARC for many years. She found a dear friend in her support coordinator, Liz Stewart. She always cherished time she got to spend with her nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Sadie was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her brothers, William Weeks, Willie Weeks and wife, Jill; sisters, Teresa Meredith and husband, Johnny, Deronda Weeks; several nieces and nephews; and other numerous children who adored their Aunt Sadie.
A Memorial service will be at 4:30 PM Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Rocky Creek Tabernacle in Marianna, Florida with Pastor Alvin Roberts officiating. James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel in charge of arrangements.
