Ronald Dewayne Baldree, age 67 of Marianna, passed away at his home with family on Thursday, April 9, 2020 after an extended illness. He was born on November 10, 1952 in Marianna. Ron was a United States Navy veteran and retired as a crane operator with Phoenix Crane Company of Atlanta, Georgia. He was of the Church of God faith, loved old time gospel music, and had a great sense of humor.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Armand DeWitt Baldree and Dorothy Land Baldree Wefel; grandparents, Rev. Robert and Vera Mae Baldree and Will and Mattie Land.
He is survived by daughters, Dr. Faith Ann Dudley of Maine and Laura Ann Scaglione of Atlanta, Georgia; sister, Vera Loucrecia Baldree; brother, Michael Lee Baldree of Atlanta, Georgia; aunts, Clara Land Bauldree, Norma Land Bird, Peggy Land Aldridge (Wayne), and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
