Robert Wayne Phillips, 74 of the Poplar Springs Community, Graceville, Florida passed away Sunday, December 26, 2020.
Wayne was born in Key West, Florida moving to Holmes County, Florida at an early age. A U. S. Coast Guard and U.S. Army Veteran, Wayne received many decorations, ribbons and commendations. Once he retired from his military career he then worked as Maintenance Supervisor over Graceland Manor in Graceville. He was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m., CST, Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with Dr. Chris Adams officiating. Burial will follow in church cemetery with Military Honors by Ft. Rucker, James & Lipford Funeral Home in Graceville directing.
Family will receive friends at the church 12 p.m. until time of service.

Predeceased by his parents Broward and Mary Ellen Corbitt Phillips, his first wife and mother to his children Sharon Phillips.
Survived by his wife of 26 years Mary Ann Phillips, Graceville; children Michelle (Brad) Johnson, Kalispell, MT, Stephanie (Jeff) Yoder, Yulee, FL, Shane (Danielle) Phillips, Baldwin, MD, Carolyn (Michael) Stewart, Headland, AL, James Williams, Dothan, AL, Paula Sue (Robert) Blackwell, Mobile, AL; one brother Wade (Lisa) Phillips, Lynne Hickman, Slocomb, AL, Karen (Larry) McClenny, Echo, AL; eleven grandchildren, six great grandchildren several nieces and nephews
