Robert “Bobbby” L. Kent age 77, of Compass Lake, passed away on Monday, September 9, 2019 at his home. He was a native of Jackson County born on June 15, 1942 . Bobby loved helping people, always putting other first. He enjoyed working, but most of all he loved being with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother Luna Clements Meeks, his wife Sandra Kent, and his brother Charles Kent.
Bobby is survived by his daughter Aneesha Kent of Compass Lake, brother Jimmy Kent of Compass Lake, sister Marla Hayes and her husband Larry of Chipley, grandchildren Camron Tanton, Jesse Tanton, and Sean Lawrance all of Compass Lake, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Bobby will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, September 13, 2019 in the Marianna Chapel Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until time of service.
