Richard Henry Peacock was born February 13, 1954, to Arthur Franklin and Mary Helen Peacock in the U.N. General Hospital in Osaka, Japan passed away on October 21, 2023, at HCA Hospital in Tallahassee with family present.
Surviving are his siblings, Patrick (Donna) Peacock, Mary Setterberg, and Paul Peacock (Vickie).
A private celebration of life and burial will be later at the National Cemetery in Tallahassee. Todd Wahlquist is assisting the Peacock family with their arrangements (850-385-2193, www.bevisfh.com).
