Rhonda L. Dublak, age 57, of Marianna, FL passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at her home. Rhonda was born on November 4, 1962 in Ravenna, OH to Carl Crooks and Rhoda (Frost) Crooks and had lived in Jackson County for the past 15 years coming from Phoenix, AZ. She worked in the construction business for a number of years. Rhonda enjoyed crocheting, art painting, reading, embroidering, plants but most of all she truly loved her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bud Dublak, father, Carl Crooks, step father, Lee Girvin, maternal grandparents, Margaret and John Bush, paternal grandmother, Helen Crooks.

Two brothers, David Crooks and wife Jamie of Oklahoma
John Crooks of Nevada
One sister, Diane Wolfram and husband, Kevin of Phoenix, AZ
Two grandchildren, Jillian and Adya
One great-grandchild, Mason
A memorial service will be announced at a later date. All arrangements are under the direction of Marlon Peavy at Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown, FL.
