Pastor Shelia Baker Trammell of Spring Lake, North Carolina, formerly of Blountstown, Florida, transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on July 31, 2020.
Pastor Trammell received her formal education and graduated from Blountstown High School. She received her Associates and Bachelors degrees from Apex School of Theology. She was pursuing her Master’s degree when God called her home.
Pastor Trammell had an amazing work ethic. She worked from a young girl until her transition. She currently owned her own business named, Josie’s Home Health Care where she provided impeccable care to those she served. She was an amazing person. To know her was to love her.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 1:00 PM in the Magnolia Cemetery with Brother Lyndon Baker officiating. Vann Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. State guidelines for social distancing and masks will be followed.
A viewing will be held on Friday, August 7, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.

Five daughters: Jocelyn Simmons and Jasmine Thomas of Spring Lake, NC, Piarol and Dominique Trammell of Anniston, AL and AiryAnna Trammell of Columbia, SC
Two Sons: Damaris Simmons and Israel Baker of Spring Lake, NC
Seven grandchildren: Janaysia Simmons, Brandon Holley, Zaariyah Baker, Josie Jones, Yazmine Holley, Ayanna Simmons and Christopher Raylin Simmons
Six Sisters: Barbara Freeman, Cynthia Baker, Addie Cheesmon (Byron), Ann, Annette and Linda Holmes
Three Brothers: Joseph Baker, Lyndon Baker, and Herman Holmes
And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, god children, two god brothers, an adopted brother and sister, and many dear friends.
Additionally, Pastor Trammell’s memories will be cherished by the Born Again Church Family, One Accord Worldwide COG, Inc., and her Tuesday Morning Prayer Group.
